What has made and still makes our entire civilization sick and mentally ill to its very roots is that it defines what is right, and it has been and is wrong about what is right. What makes the family structure so poison to the well being of all the members of the family in a dysfunctional family is that the abusers get to define what is right.
Who are the abusers? Who are the ones who are the very source that did the damage and brought about the fellowship and sisterhood and biological neighborhood of the abused? The abusers are all the diseased cultural carriers of the virus of economic, political, educational, social "progress"-the Judao/Christian/Islamist/Vedantic/Taoist/Buddhist traditions of moralism-the community of definition of what is right in all the cultural and religious traditions of the world, and all their armies. These current and former abusers are about to face the hard road of accountability and forgiveness, the two edged sword that cuts both ways in all directions.
The cultural evolution to end all cultural revolutions transcends right and wrong and gets to forgiveness-Yea even appreciation and love, for one's former enemies! Once over the suffering we become grateful for their sick love/hate relationships to us having showed us so clearly what not to do and put us through hell so we could recognize heaven as a viable alternative. Once the process of forgiveness is complete we will all come to honor, love and celebrate George Bush and his band as the greatest Boo boo's of all time, the givers of the blessing of cultural evolution, the bringers of cultural maturity beyond adolescence-because they were such terrible, abusive, ignorant, aggressive, murderous, sadistic, fucked up, crippled adolescents! Even Christians started seeing through them! This is always true of real personal psychological transformation: the abusers are forgiven, and invited back into the fold, just no longer in positions that allow for abuse. This is the great vision of world wide cultural transformation-to forgive our enemies, even when they are ourselves.
We all stand, and take our truth from, nature. We get angry together, on behalf of the abused, and we do not apologize or retreat because of it. We also don't try to overcome our enemies by trying to kill all of them. "His anger was as right as rain..." e.e.cummings said of his father... Grounded in relation to gravity, and in love in relation to each other, and including all sentient beings and more in the purvey of our gratitude, we can now say, "Thank God for Blasphemy!" Blasphemy is the first step to forgiveness. Forgiveness is human photosynthesis.
