I am a Radical Honesty Trainer in Hamburg and a co-founder of the Radical Honesty Institute. I lead Radical Honesty workshops in German and English.

Since 2008, I am a certified coach and run my own coaching practice for business and personal coaching and counseling. Also, I am a mom of three grown-up kids - two sons and a daughter. In my first career, I worked as an executive consultant for an American management consultancy and as Head of Marketing in high fashion industry in Germany.  

My whole life I tried to make myself invisible in order to fit in. 

I guess, that’s what I learned early on when my parents separated, two people that could not be more opposite. So, I always tried to be like the one I was with: with my mother I went to church and prayed. With my father I was interested in his scientific and rather agnostic explanations. My own truth was something I wouldn‘t dare to share with anyone of them.  

Later in my life, it was only through a deep crisis that I finally started to work my way back to showing up like I truly am, even when not fulfilling the expectations of others - or myself. Radical Honesty was a huge step on this way, in the year 2016.

Today, it is my passion to give people like myself who hide their feelings in order to fit in, the power to show up fully and express what’s deeply theirs. I want to support the ability to stay present with uncomfortable sensations and feelings and share them. This is how I experienced being seen and heard and accepted – not only by others but by myself in the first place. I feel more relaxed with how I am, nowadays, and enjoy closer contact to my friends and family.

Apart from Radical Honesty, I have a wide range of methods and tools at my disposal, namely generative coaching (Stephen Gilligan), hypno-systemic approaches (Gunther Schmidt) and transformational coaching (Claire Zammit). I am also approved for psychotherapy according to German Heilpraktikergesetz.

Ich bin Radical Honesty Trainerin aus Hamburg und habe 2021 zusammen mit einigen anderen das Radical Honesty Institute gegründet, indem wir die Arbeit von Brad Blanton fortsetzen.

Schon seit 2006 bin ich selbständig mit einer eigenen Coaching-Praxis für Business- und Personal-Coaching. Ich unterstütze Menschen dabei, sich sichtbarer zu machen, sich authentisch mitzuteilen und so Energie für gemeinsames Gestalten und vertrauensvolles Miteinander zu schaffen. 2016 habe ich selbst als Teilnehmerin in meinem ersten Radical Honesty Workshop gesessen und gestaunt darüber, was hier alles laut ausgesprochen wurde. „Das kann man doch nicht sagen!“ dachte ich manchmal und fühlte gleichzeitig eine solche Erleichterung! Seitdem hat mich Radical Honesty nicht mehr losgelassen.

Mein unbewusstes Verhaltensmuster war vorher stark darauf ausgerichtet, mich für andere hilfreich und bequem zu machen. Dabei bin ich selbst immer unsichtbarer geworden. Und frustrierter. Ich fühlte mich unverstanden und zu wenig unterstützt. Tatsächlich habe ich das, wonach ich mich so sehnte, durch mein eigenes Verhalten sabotiert. Durch Radical Honesty habe ich gelernt, mich selbst in der Aufmerksamkeit zu halten und auszusprechen, wenn ich nervös, ängstlich, traurig, wütend oder besorgt bin. So mache ich immer wieder die Erfahrung, gehört und -vor allem von mir selbst- akzeptiert zu werden in dem wie ich gerade bin. Was für einen Unterschied das im Kontakt und der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen macht!
