Online Workshop: Hesitancy & Fear in the World of Dating led by Certified Trainer, Lindsay St. Antoine.
Single, but only kinda ready to mingle?
This workshop is for YOU if you haven’t dated in awhile (or ever), you’re ready to start again, and you’re scared to get back out there. Whatever reasons you may have for being hesitant or fearful, you’re invited to talk it out with a small group of folks who are having a similar experience.
Bring your fear, vulnerability, doubts, hopes, desires, and we’ll share about it all honestly, with a brave and experimental spirit.
Through paired and group exercises, open conversation, and reflection, we’ll explore the longing to step back into the dating world (or try it for the first time) and the very real fears or hesitations that can make putting yourself out there feel daunting.
It can be intimidating—you’re not alone!
If you’ve asked yourself any of the following questions…
Is there anyone out there who will be into me?
Do I still know how to flirt? Do I even want to flirt?
Can I still feel “chemistry”, or will I miss it?
Am I already too set in my own ways to be able to cooperate and possibly cohabitate with a new partner?
Can I remain the healthier, more stable, more securely ME version of myself if I start dating again, or will I lose myself somehow?
…then you’ll likely find something of value in this workshop!

WORKSHOP LEADER
Lindsay St. Antoine
I’m an honesty coach and Radical Honesty Trainer in Denver, Colorado. In addition to providing honesty coaching, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops.
I worked closely with Radical Honesty founder, Brad Blanton, beginning in 2014,
filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises, ending with my role as COO in 2021.
I was certified as a Radical Honesty Trainer in 2017.
I’m thrilled to do coaching sessions and workshops with anyone who is ready to take the risky leap to consciously and consistently reveal what’s so about themselves, to the important people in their lives. Anyone who’s on a mission to grow into truly embodied, authentic versions of themselves, in all of the messiness and all of the beauty that exists there.
I have a great capacity for being with and fully witnessing people in their shame, embarrassment, anger or darker emotions, and ushering in whatever naturally arises for them in those spaces. For empowering people to stick with themselves (and each other) in these vulnerable and often uncomfortable spaces, and fully experience their whole experience. In doing so, shifts can occur, full body forgiveness naturally arises, and they may come to know themselves and be able to share themselves fully with others.
I’m dedicated to supporting folks who are working to build honest, authentic, intimate relationships and communities, and I’m particularly enthusiastic about working with and supporting folks in the Queer community, with couples (especially those that are operating in an “alternative” fashion) and others in open relationships, as well as intentional communities and those within communal living arrangements.
