Is this workshop right for me?

This workshop is designed for curious newcomers, as well as those with some knowledge and experience of Radical Honesty, and for anyone interested in learning to communicate authentically and improve their life and relationships. Knowledge of the book Radical Honesty by Brad Blanton is not mandatory, and, you may find it helpful!

Important Note: Radical Honesty workshops are a facilitated practice space for participants to experiment with authentic relating, and are not ‘group therapy'. Whilst the trainers seek to create a context and container for intense emotions and reactions, these can feel overwhelming for some participants to witness.

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition (such as bi-polar, a personality disorder or suffer from C/PTSD), please contact Law to discuss whether this workshop is suitable for you.
