Joe has always had a passion for personal growth and development and came to study and practice Radical Honesty with Brad Blanton & Taber Shadburne in 1999.
Since then, he has continually participated in Radical Honesty and Gestalt work and has now chosen to share the work with others by becoming a Radical Honesty Trainer.
Joe Tavormina has enjoyed and illustrious career in commercial real estate for 40 years. For many of those years he worked in house for major food service, entertainment and hospitality companies like Cineplex/Universal, Darden and Marriott, leading growth and development in all 50 states of the US, and Internationally. For the last six years he has been successful as a broker and consultant to both growing brands (Bloomin’ Brands & Raley’s Supermarkets) and landlords (Howard Hughes Corporation & Continental Development) seeking to attract “best in class” restaurants, hotels and cinemas to their shopping center properties.
