Michael Alan Kolb | United States, Costa Rica
Offering: Workshops, Individual & Group Coaching, Supervision
Michael Alan Kolb (Mak) studies the psychology of honesty, self-awareness, and the cultures that form around personal development.
He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Texas and is a Master’s candidate in Criminal Psychology at Université Rennes 2 in France.
Mak is cofounder, supervisor, and Ethics Circle Steward at the Radical Honesty Institute, where he has led coaching and workshops focused on honest self-expression and self-awareness since 2017.
He is also co-host of the Inside Outside Upside Down podcast with his former partner Lindsay St. Antoine, an insider outlook on the strange, compelling, and upside down world of personal development.
He is cofounder of Cascada Elysiana Eco Retreat in Costa Rica, where he currently lives.
Before entering the field of psychology, Mak was a musician in Los Angeles and Austin and spent several years touring the United States in a converted eco-bus. He remains passionate about languages, creativity, and unconventional ways of living.
Mak is committed to helping people develop the skills needed to live life out loud, to mend and build (and sometimes end) meaningful relationships, and to grieve and grow and learn and live with more joy.
