Our Daily Rhythm & Detailed Schedule
We start each morning with the sounds of the jungle waking up around us. Before words take over, we step into movement and meditation, reconnecting with our bodies and sharpening our ability to notice what’s happening in the present moment.
A nourishing vegetarian breakfast follows, fueling us for the first Radical Honesty session of the day. This is where we practice speaking directly, expressing what we notice, and exploring the edges of honesty in real time. Midday brings a long lunch break—a chance to rest, digest, and integrate. Whether you choose to journal, wander through the rainforest, swim in a waterfall, or engage in quiet reflection, this is time to settle into yourself and the environment.
In the afternoon, we gather for the second Radical Honesty session, going deeper into personal patterns, relationships, and the ways we hold ourselves back. As the sun begins to set, we shift into Life Stories—each evening, two people will have the opportunity to tell the full, unfiltered story of their lives, witnessed by the group in deep presence. This is often one of the most powerful experiences of the retreat.
Dinner is a space to unwind, nourish, and simply enjoy being together. Afterward, we create an optional evening space shaped by the needs of the group. Whether it’s conscious connection practices, sharing rounds, deep rest, spontaneous music, or quiet stargazing, the night is open for what feels right. From 10PM, there is quiet time.
NOTE: Naked Work (offered at some workshops) will NOT be offered at this 8-Day Intensive.

Michael Alan Kolb
Radical Honesty Trainer and co-leader of international intensives, Michael (Mak) brings deep experience in body-based work and transformation. His approach is experiential, engaging, and direct, helping participants move beyond habitual patterns into real aliveness.
