(NOT) Naked Work: Online Group Session Series on the Topic of Appearance Insecurities

Join the (NOT) Naked Work online series!

Saturdays: September 9, 16, 23 & 30 @ 9 am PDT / 12 pm EDT / 6 pm CEST

Paired and group exercises, conversations, and processing, all on the topic of insecurities around physical appearance.

This is NOT Radical Honesty NAKED WORK, as done in our 8-Day Intensive Workshops, but can give you a feel for that deeper work.

For folks who have been to a Radical Honesty Half Day Online Workshop or more.

INSECURITIES?

This series of online sessions is for YOU if you think of yourself as someone who is preoccupied with thoughts about your appearance- whether you continuously check the mirror to make sure things are okay, cover and hide parts of yourself that you can’t accept, obsessively work on your appearance with hopes of changing things, have shame about your body, despise societal beauty standards, or can’t stop thinking about how others might be judging you when you’re out in the world—you’re invited!

The sessions in this series are a space and an opportunity for being in open, honest conversation on the topic of insecurities around physical appearance. The intention is to see how our honest engagement around our insecurities and self criticism may begin to free us up from the seriousness of our opinions and our own judgmental minds. Bringing our shame to the surface and out of the shadows so we may move through and beyond it.

During our sessions we’ll do some core Radical Honesty exercises, tailored to this particular topic, as well as exercises from other modalities. We’ll leave each session with a bit of homework to do, and journaling will be encouraged.

WORKSHOP LEADER

Lindsay St. Antoine

I’m an honesty coach and Radical Honesty Trainer in Denver, Colorado. In addition to providing honesty coaching, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops.

I worked closely with Radical Honesty founder, Brad Blanton, beginning in 2014,
filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises, ending with my role as COO in 2021.
I was certified as a Radical Honesty Trainer in 2017.

I’m thrilled to do coaching sessions and workshops with anyone who is ready to take the risky leap to consciously and consistently reveal what’s so about themselves, to the important people in their lives. Anyone who’s on a mission to grow into truly embodied, authentic versions of themselves, in all of the messiness and all of the beauty that exists there.

I have a great capacity for being with and fully witnessing people in their shame, embarrassment, anger or darker emotions, and ushering in whatever naturally arises for them in those spaces. For empowering people to stick with themselves (and each other) in these vulnerable and often uncomfortable spaces, and fully experience their whole experience. In doing so, shifts can occur, full body forgiveness naturally arises, and they may come to know themselves and be able to share themselves fully with others.

I’m dedicated to supporting folks who are working to build honest, authentic, intimate relationships and communities, and I’m particularly enthusiastic about working with and supporting folks in the Queer community, with couples (especially those that are operating in an “alternative” fashion) and others in open relationships, as well as intentional communities and those within communal living arrangements.
