Leadership Transition at the Radical Honesty Institute

We’d like to share an update about a recent change in the leadership of the Radical Honesty Institute.

As of June 1, Gudrun Graichen has stepped down from her roles as a Board member and owner of the Institute. Her decision marks the end of a significant chapter of dedicated service and steady presence through a time of deep transformation.

Over the past years, Gudrun played a key role in navigating the Institute through major transitions, including the realignment of our structure and the revision of the Radical Honesty concept. Her contributions helped shape a more grounded, transparent foundation for the future of our work.

We are deeply grateful for the clarity, courage, and care Gudrun brought to her role, and we wish her the very best as she continues her work as a coach and consultant.

Following her resignation, the Board reconstituted itself on June 3 and unanimously appointed Jesper Jurcenoks as the new Chair of the Board. We look forward to continuing the Institute’s evolution under his leadership.
