Changes in our organizational structure
Dear Radical Honesty Community,
We would like to inform you about changes in our organizational structures since our last update in October 2023.
John Rosania decided mid 2024 to leave the circle of owners. He continued to work as a Radical Honesty trainer and remained in contact with the Institute, providing valuable suggestions from time to time.
Quite recently, we invited Jesper Jurcenoks to become an owner of RHI. We are glad that he decided to join us. At our last Owners Meeting, we voted for him to be a Board Member, as well.
Jesper’s role as Managing Director ended on March 31, 2025. He will be focusing on our Marketing efforts as steward of the Marketing Circle. In this role, he will be leading promotional webinars and work to fill RH workshops and online courses. We believe it is necessary for him to become a trainer sooner rather than later to fulfill his tasks. So, we decided to include him in the existing Trainer Candidate program via recommendation from the Training Circle and approved by the majority of the owners. He will follow the outlined process like everyone else and we will ensure that he chooses his mentors outside the circle of owners.
Effective April 1, 2025, Michael Alan Kolb stepped back from the Board. We are very grateful to him for his strong commitment to the management of RHI. Mak will continue to be the steward of the Ethics Circle.
Christoph Fink was elected to the Board on April 1, 2025. He will continue to work in the Training Circle with Selina.
Gudrun Graichen took on the role as a task manager within the Board for the next six months (until we have established new routines) in an effort to improve our responsiveness and dependability. So, if you are waiting for something we promised, reach out to her. In addition to her continued role as the steward of the Circle of Finance, she will be steward of the Admin circle, initially for the next 6 months.
Selina Jung is continuing to be steward of the Training Circle and a member of the Marketing Circle.
Maggie Doyle will continue to be a member of Accountability Circle.
In the future, we will no longer have a managing director. Instead, we have resolved to collaborate closer on the Board level with more transparency about what each circle is working on, and where it seems appropriate to decide commonly on topics.
Sincerely,
Christoph, Gudrun, Jesper, Maggie, Mak and Selina
