Past Trainer’s Trainings have been led by Dr. Brad Blanton (now retired). Trainings are now led by Senior Certified Radical Honesty Trainers. This training will be led by Founding Members of the Radical Honesty Institute: Pete Jordan, Anne Bryer, Tuulia Syvanen, Michael Kolb, Marvin Schulz, Christoph Fink, Selina Jung, and John Rosania.

This is a training created for serious Radical Honesty practitioners who have attended at least two 8-day intensive workshops, who are practicing Radical Honesty, earnestly, in their daily lives, and who want to get on the path to becoming certified to effectively lead Radical Honesty Workshops.
This training will help you take your personal practice of Radical Honesty to the next level, and, if you so desire, to use your Radical Honesty skills to help others, by coaching, counseling, teaching, facilitating honest conversations, resolving conflict, etc.

TRAVERSE THE TRAJECTORY OF TRANSFORMATION

Where will the training take place?
The training will take place in the ski resort town of Winterberg, Germany in a lovely 15 bedroom villa just steps away from the forest. There’ll be plenty of room for our large group to gather together and to spread out and enjoy some solitude between sessions.
Travel
For those flying, you can fly into either Frankfurt (FRA) or Düsseldorf (DUS). From Frankfurt Flughafen, you’ll take a train to Züschen Oberdorf (approx. 4-5 hour train ride). From Düsseldorf Flughafen, you’ll take a train to Züschen Oberdorf (approx. 3-4 hour train ride). Keep in mind, both train routes will require at least one transfer to another train or bus.
If your are flying overseas, most probably you will fly to Frankfurt which is the biggest international airport in Germany. And Düsseldorf Airport is also an option. It’s closer to the venue – you’d save about an hour train ride, depending on what time you arrive.
To get to the venue, you need to book a train to Winterberg, more specific to the small village of Züschen. The station is called “Züschen Oberdorf”. From there, it’s about 20 minutes to walk to the former Hotel Walsbachtal (there might still be some signs with this name).

Please tell us what time your train arrives – so we can try and arrange some shuttle to pick you up, if you don’t want to walk.
When will the training begin and end?
Our first training session will begin at around 17:00 on Sunday, April 24th (plan to arrive c. 14:00) and the training will conclude on the following Sunday, May 1st around 13:00.
How much does the training cost?
The price for the training, 7 nights of lodging (shared rooms), and 3 daily meals is $3000 USD for American-based participants and €3000 for European-based participants.
**NOTE: The $ vs € discrepancy is intended to make the Training more affordable for those with the additional cost of a transatlantic flight.
We’ll ask for a $500 USD deposit to hold your spot once you’ve been accepted into the training, after submitting your application.
Who can attend?
Successful completion of two Radical Honesty 8-day workshops and around two years of personal practice are required to be considered for participation in the Radical Honesty Trainer’s Training.
How does one apply?
Fill out this application form and provide all the requested information by January 1st, 2022.
Will I be certified as a Trainer Candidate or Trainer if I attend this Trainer’s Training?
Most likely, no. Attendance at a Trainer's Training does not guarantee certification and certification does not generally happen after participation in one’s first Trainer’s Training.
